Different Communication Device

My Pals has a eyegaze, guess what the the camera went out, and it is out of warranty. Does anyone know of anything out there that can be installed on a regular comupter that will allow him to use his ability to talk to type on his facebook. I am at a loss. He is grumpy because he can't use his computer to communicate with all his facebook friends. Life isn't very pleasant here right now. lol

How much does it cost to replace the camera? That is sooo frustrating. My hubby would be lost without his eyegaze...so I can imagine all of your aggravation. Hang in there!
