Hi Folks, I haven't been here in a time, I am trying to just move on with things as they have been. I was diagnosed a few years back as having LMD and have just been moving along and trying to deal with it. Recently because of some issues I was sent for a swallowing test and it is found that I have a delayed reflex, some saliva issues etc. and it is felt to be an upper motor neuron issue. At this time, they really can't help only advise and would like to revisit the test.
Just looking for your thoughts, I know I have mine but really want to hear others. I don't see a neurologist again till Oct.
I don't want to hit a panic button, but I am scared things may have started to cross over or is it okay to have a bit of a swallowing issue.
Thanks for any advice/help.

find an als specialist or clinic -- travel if needed, but go to a real als/mnd neuro. To serious to guess with quacks :)

If I thought I might have a terminal disease, I'd spare no expense to see two experts immediately. Don't wait until October.
