What is the horse ness like with Bilbao onset?

I’ve had twitching for 4 months with no muscle failure but I am horse now but I’m wondering if it’s allerogoes or a mild cold or bulbar?

In an attempt to restore some civility here, I’ll respond.

I believe the poster is asking about hoarseness with bulbar onset. Bulbar onset usually starts with slurred speech due to weakness of tongue muscles. Occasionally speech can sound nasal due to weakness in the palate.

But hoarseness usually suggests something else, like reflux or vocal cord polyps.
