Hello,

I am a long time twitch suffered ( on and off 4 years now). Recently, I have been having spells of what I consider to be slight dizziness. That being said, I can still stand on one foot and balance very well. In addition, I can run/jump stairs, etc. Is dizziness a sympton of ALS?

Dizziness can be caused by alot of things. From what I have read it is not a symp tom of als and since you have had twitches on and off for 4 years I doubt als is involved, that much time you would be in much worse shape.

I would go to the doctor if it persists though it could be something serious. Good luck.

dizziness can be from dehydration, Orthostatic hypotension, unexplained vertigo, I have dizziness from POTS (but that includes other symptoms) if it doesnt go away id get it checked out but from my understanding it is not a symptom of ALS

No, it isn't.

Definitely not an ALS issue. Not sure why you would have thought of ALS from dizziness.
