Because you are ill you need to remember there are people a lot worse off than you, who still have hope and who are determined to find a cure or help or make others have hope, do not even attempt pull them down to your own level of depression, this is not what terminal illness is about
They say it’s like finding out you have cancer, they reason that there are three ways you will go, one is to live life to the full, the second is to live life normally as if nothing was wrong, the third is to let the news get you down, and once you are down you stay down and sadly live a last a lot less time
Terminal illness is about helping folk in the same situation to know what is coming their way and advise them how you maybe managed or what you did
It is not about having a go at others, by far worse off, yet with a more cheerful out look than you
