Is traditional chinese medicine helpful?

anybody out there who has experince with TCM (traditional chinese medicine)?

You have observed the cardinal rule.....if you are going to use or create an acronym, you have to spell it out at least once on each page....lol.
Massage, acupuncture, and some teas can all bring comfort, but I don't think I have seen anyone report that they slow progression
