Thank you Cindy for telling me it meant something to you. I definitely think it was from my heart. I felt so lost and alone when I discovered this site.
You are an angel, sharing when you have so much going on.
Your note to me is very good timing. At times, I need reminding that I have a purpose, that my life matters.
Thank you for reminding me that I matter.
God bless you my dear friend, love Janelle xxx
Cindy that would be the most beautiful birthday message I've ever received! Thank you so much for your heartfelt words!
I'm 43 now, my kids think I'm old! If only they knew! I let them stay home on my birthday, we rugged up and watched a movie together. Loved it.
    Thanks again, you gorgeous thing!
    God bless, Janelle x
Thank you for the kind words, they made me feel good, and that's pretty hard to do these days. I will say a prayer for you and your family.
Hi ! My name is Kim and I go by Skipper on the forum. My dad just turned 80 on Sept. 11th and has ALS. He has limb onset. It was two years in May since his diagnosis. He gets a little hoarse at times but can still talk pretty plain unless really tired. He can he most anything yet as long as he takes his time and his breathing is still pretty good. He is confined to a wheelchair. He used to own movie theatres when we were growing up and he loves Netflix. I am 48 and am unfortunately separated from my husband though we still spend alot of time together. We have three children. Twins (boy/girl) who just turned 17 and then our youngest son will turn 11 in November. My dad is currently living in a assistant living facility in Dallas near my brother and sister who both live there. We couldn't find adequate in home care for him in our small town in Illinois. Take care, Kim
