  • In reading your posts from when you went to the ALS clinic they said you don't have ALS. Self diagnosis does not lend itself to your credibility so you might want to change that to wanting to learn about ALS. I hope you figure it out. What did they say they thought it is? Maybe you should go back to your GP for some relief. You do not have ALS. I don't know why you insist it is. I'd be relentless in trying to find out what it really is.
You say that you've been diagnosed with ALS. Who diagnosed you ith that? What didyour EMG show? I think you're jumping the gun here. Fix what's wrong rather than talking yourself into some horrible disease.
No it doesn't sound at all like ALS. What did your Doctors say they thought it is? If you've had concerning symptoms since 2007 then it's definitely not ALS so put that out of your mind. Most likely you'd be dead by now or at least fully paralyzed. Life is too short to be wasting time with this. I hope your doctors figure it out soon so you can have some relief! Take care!! :)
Please help! I'm a 59m and started having symptoms about a month ago. I first noticed that my soft pallet was hanging low and blocking my air way when I lay down. Then I started having severe jaw cramps at night and then during they day. I also since pressure on the top of my spine below my neck and finding it hard to breath. These have continued and do not let me sleep. Then I've started having muscle twitches in random parts of my body. Legs, arms, etc. Do you think the are ALS symptoms? Thank you for your help!!
