Cough Assist

Caught cold several days ago, and have a lot of phlegm. Have a suction unit, but doesn't help, try to get a Cough Assist, but I've been told it's not covered by the government (I'm in Toronto), can anybody give me some suggestions?

Do you have private Health Ins.? They might pay for it. MacMaster Hosp. in Hamilton has patients using them.

Try some Atropine, it might help dry you up.
