pain in shoulder-arm weakness

Hi,

After 20 months of twitching and mild cramping in legs I started to have cramping feelings in my right hand and little cramps in my right arm. However, now my arm (forearm) and shoulder are hurting for almost a week, feeling very soar and I have the feeling the arm is getting weaker and I can't grab things as good anymore. Does this sound like ALS afterall? Does weakness hurt with ALS?

I'm scared with this because my shoulder and arm really hurt very bad. I also saw an interview with Angela Lansburry who said her sister's first symptom was shoulder and neck pain

My weakness NEVER hurt. What did hurt was the muscle cramps and positional problems from not being able to move myself.
