When a neuro said that ALS usually does not include sensory items, what do they mean aside from things like sharp stabbing pains? Does that include buzzing feelings or numbness?

Pains, pins and needles, numbness, cold sensations, hot sensations. Buzzing feelings are a specific type of twitches.

Thank you for clarifying So buzzing would not be a sensory item or is? The buzzing I have feels very different from the twitches I get. Feels like a cell phone is on my foot or cat purring, sometimes it lasts an hour other times it can go on all day long non stop. Sometimes when I put my neck down and up it gets it going so not sure if this part could be due to my spinal cord compression

Pains in my body that migrate around was my first symptom

Same here about the pains;

I've had the same buzzing twitches in my foot and thighs.
