I've been waiting for a call back from Physio therapist - precisely to teach my hubby and sisters how to do this!

Thanks as well! Phil and I have ,been doing ROM exercises. Some times it is nice to mix it up. We inquired to have a therapeutic masseuse come to the house to teach me. Phil had two professional massages and it is just heaven for him. Appreciate your taking the time!

thanks for the video Barbie, massage and ROM are so important, but CALS need to remember they will probably need to get some massage too as it's quite hard work! :razz:
