PEG - no more stomach sleeping?

The doctor told us after a few weeks Phil would be able to sleep on his stomach again. Isn't happening yet...course, if he was using his CPAP stomach sleeping wouldn't happen anyway, but that is another story. (CPAP is not easily adaptable for him)

Also, Phil's PEG does not have a 90 degree angle on it and that looks like it would be more comfortable. I guess there is no easy changing that now.

My wife made the decision not to get hers but when they were giving us all the info they explained that after about three months of healing you can change to one that sits flush to the surface and has an extention piece for feeding, almost unnoticable.

my wife had a mic/key put in and it is flush and the tube is inserted via a locking systen and removed when done. sometimes she forgets its there
 
mic-key button is awesome can change it yourself at home if need be with proper training it is so easy to work and flush to the skin.
