I’ve had very frequent fascics both calves (gastrocs) for over a month (who knows how long and now focusing on this and every feeling in my legs). Occasional fasics in thighs and triceps. No weakness or atrophy. Reflexes brisk but symmetrical. Could use some input to help me survive panic attacks. Thanks.

Hello- something we ask all new folks read when asking about the twitches that bring them here: Important - READ BEFORE POSTING! Answers to common concerns about possible symptoms

Your first stop is to see a doctor if you have concerns about your health. They can run you through a general exam and assess to see if there are any issues. Twitching really doesn't mean anything unless accompanied by some very specific symptoms if ALS is on the table. You don't report anything at this point that would cause a doctor concern about ALS.

All the best

Thanks. Just trying to calm myself down. I assume a bilateral presentation would be unusual, right?
