Hi All, in advance thank you for any advice and sorry if I'm wasting anyone's time.
I'm 38 year old male with health anxiety, but these symptoms what I'm having are really taking over my life and its getting not healthy.
I've always had strange physical symptoms, tingling, twitching, numbness, dizzy spells burning sensation, electric shock sensation throughout body, the list goes on.

But recently 5month I've been having strange symptoms. First it started with a strange sensation inside my body, like I am on the edge, sens of doom, then I started to get a tingling sensation in the middle of my back between my shoulder blades, iternal vibration in the same spot in my left thigh, like a phone is vibrating, cant see it or feel it. My left leg sometimes feels a little stiff when walking, then a worm sensation what went down to my lower leg on and off also tight/tens left calf for years. Eye lid twitching on left side of face and jaw muscle on and off for years but now after the last episodes now my left side of face fill strange, tingly, tight muscle. Eye lid stooped but face muscle still twitching.
Then a few weeks ago when lying down my index finger started twitching in my right hand for a few seconds but then my arm felt strange after and it stayed like that for a few days. I went away for a few weeks. Them I've got this sensation of being off balance like im going to fall when im walking, and its happening nearly every day. About a week ago I started to have tingling sensation in one spot in my forearm, then I started to get twitching in my forearm, at the top and bottom with now my pinky finger twitching involuntary when relaxed and my right arm just feels strange, sore aching, Also the arch of my right foot is getting single twitches on and off, and also in other parts, like calf, thigh, and back.

I will add, that I've had, head mri, T spine Mri, blood work, x rays and its all normal.

Thank you and stay healthy 🙏

Hello-

Please make sure to read here: Read Before Posting. It outlines why everything you've posted is not at all related to ALS/MND. Sensory issues and symptoms that come and go indicate something other than ALS. Twitching without any of the other symptoms that go along with ALS means your search will need to be in another direction. Please keep working with your doctor, but ALS should not be on your radar.

Take care

Thank you for your reply and time

Sorry to bother you again, last question, if I do an emg on one side of my body (shin, thigh, hand and bicep and just a thigh muscle on the other side and its clean, dose that mean every is ok? Or do I need to do both sides.
Also I'm worried about the left side of my face because when I open my mouth wide or show my teeth hard my cheek on the left side shakes.

Thank you in advance and wish you lots of health.

Yes. And doubly so since as shiftkicker told you you were never describing ALS anyway. I hope you get answers to your health issues
