Please don't take it personal. I've had posts reviewed and had to wait until they suddenly appeared. I've managed and owned forums in the past and that was also the norm for my forum(s). I had to set them up in a way that prevented certain words and phrases from being used and also outside links were verified by me before I approved the post.
