Why Cant I view a profile?

Every time I click on the member list it says I do not have permission to view. , can anyone tell me why I can't go there or view a public profile? Thx

If we published that, the spammers would just post whatever number was required and dump spam. You're hanging around so are probably not a spammer. Right? I'll send you a PM. Reply back here please.
