Since a month i have really weird symptoms
-Fasciculation of muscles throughout the body (usually in the hands, feet, calves, thighs)
-The feeling of rain falling from the eyes, causing feeling the vibrations of the image. Eye floaters.
-Muscle pains in one place (mostly forearm and thigh). sometimes a sore thumb (finger)
-Ringing or buzzing in the ears.
-Faster tingling in hands, feet.
-my muscles tremble when they tension, but so that almost the whole body trembles

Is this early sypmtoms of als?

sorry for my terrible english.

You do NOT have ALS.

Your English is fine.

Twitches and fasciculations are very common. Not ALS.

Muscles pains: ALS does not cause muscle pain.

Tingling feelings are not caused by ALS.

ALS has nothing to do with ear or eyes.

These are not early symptoms of ALS.

ALS requires a paralyzed muscle that is limp and useless. Usually a hand or foot doesn't work. It doesn't hurt or tingle or feel weak; it just doesn't move.
