Weakness feeling but no fasciculations?

Hi Lost
My husband Joe has ALS. He too has only the buzzing at times. It seems like he has a moter running inside of him. I have looked for answers to what is happening but its hard to get things straight. All I know is it comes and goes. Sometimes it will last for days and is very strong. Other times it is only in spots. He does seem to have hot spot and cold spots that in some way coinside with the buzzing. The twiching is the same way. Joe told me I would go crazy felling the things that are going on with him but I said. " I what to know everything so I can feel his pain as much as possible." I know I will never fully understand but it is my way to share our lives uncludeing his pain. I hope you have someone that you can share all of these physcial changes with. I know it helps Joe cope alot.

Does he has needles and pins? What was the time to get diagnosed after the onset?

we have tried to figure out the buzzing/vibration,we figure it could be umn related.
i have had it from the moment i got ill.
sometimes it is really strong other times i can just feel it,always in my legs and feet though very occasionally in my arms/hands.
it is not like pins and needles,that would be sharp stabbing /prickley pains.
