Hi! So I’m usually not a worrier but these symptoms have me in a bit of a panic.
I started out with intense shoulder pain extending into left arm. It turned into tingling and coldness. I was treated by a chiropractor and the tingling resolved.

Soon after I started having bilateral leg weakness with left leg twitches. The twitches have moved to my Right leg as well and tongue/lips. It startles me out of sleep. I have pre cramping in my feet and calves.

This has all happened over the course of 5 weeks. Opinions?

My opinion is to see a doctor.
This is not anything like ALS but can probably be addressed and sorted out.
All the best.

These are not necessarily related things, except that poor sleep and anxiety makes them both worse. But as Tillie noted, I would see a real doctor to rule out anything that should be treated medically, before you do any more chiro, which can make damage worse.

For future readers: if any area of your body has intense pain, tingling and feelings of coldness, that can suggest an acute nerve injury or a systemic condition such as a virus. If you feel these things, don't go to a chiro. Go to a doctor.
