Hello, I am very worried. for 4 months I have had fasciculations and I feel my right leg very tired as soon as I make an effort. I also have tingling in my feet and left leg, which causes me to have insomnia. I had an EMG of the lower limbs which did not reveal anything in particular do you still think that I have reason to worry? thank you
I am 25 years old.

I also have involuntary movements when I fall asleep. an arm or a leg suddenly "jumps". as for the sensation in my right leg it is constant, from the morning I have the impression of having walked all night

I would not worry about ALS but I would ask about screening for Restless Leg Syndrome and similar disorders. You can also record your video in sleep and show it to your doctor. Meanwhile, it would not hurt to try a few drops of magnesium lotion on the R leg before bed. Hydration and a good diet are important as well.

Best,
Laurie
