Very worried - does this sound like als

Left body numbness tingling for over a year. Had an emg in March and it shows fib +1 twice on it. My MRI was clear. When I google fib it all says ALS. I am terrified. I had follow up with neurologist today due to now having twitching all over, and she basically said she can’t diagnose als today but that doesn’t mean I won’t have in the future and now I am even more of wreck.

Stop googling. Keep living. No one here was diagnosed with ALS with this kind of EMG or anything like it, and certainly not with a few fibs.

Numbness and tingling are not part of ALS onset. Nor is twitching all over.

1+ fibs in two contiguous muscles and the rest of what you've said could be anything, or nothing. I think what the neurologist is really saying that she can't predict the future (including whether it will rain tomorrow), not that ALS is in yours.
