Very worried and sick to my stomach incase i have ALS

This started in 2019 end, i suddenly felt a pop behind face and then fever . Then weeks months later i could not swallow and my left leg gave way for one hour then returned. 2022 problems with right lung and jaw and chest pains like a dull ache.
fast foward to today i have new symptoms in both arms muscle weakness and muscle twitching also today my breathing or diaphram feels like its being attacked when i go to sleep i have dull shocks all over body my left foot is totally numb nearlyu and my right foot is numb but not as bad.

my fingers hurt and are gettign weak same with both shoulders. I have tried to get diagnosis but im from UK and the system was not great for me they did MRI scans and because they found ntohing they dismissed me this is why im here now 3 4 years later im very worried my last neurologiosts told me its depression (lol can yo ubeleive that) after he did multiple mris he had enough and called it depression. im just worried IF this si cipd or als im guessing its one of them maybe im wrong but im terrified i dont want to die yet .

Today i have a strange sense of delierium or like i cannot enjoy what iused to gaming ect watching youtube its liek no focus or intrest my heart rate is rapids lot fo the times.

I know for a fact fi igo hospital now around lancashire area they will not see me they will assume because i got secondary diabetes from heamochromotosis , that im a young lad or blame it on diabetes , because of periphel neurophy that will be there scape goat and refuse to see me i have already tried multiple hospitalsi n UK they al lt urned me away so annoyed. I also got hooked on dexamethasone thinking ti would help im not sure if it did or dident

i have short term memory loss now , voice pitch change, neck pain , jaw is out of line crackign poping sounds and popping soudnsi narms when i lift. same wtih upper lower back . make matters worse itried to lift a table 2 month ago or 3 and pop my spine popped out of place or one area i nthe middle i still feel dul lache from that today .

I may of missed something because of memory but im sat here now and dont feel good i keep getting dull stabbing pains in places. I have a daughter and family idont want them to worry im here asking if anyone with any idea iof this is als or cipid or something else thank you guys. I am 39 and dont want to be alone anymore

so finally i have muscle twitches, spasms, headaches, neck spine pain, popping sounds shoulders when i try to lift them, chest pains lung area and electric feelings in legs. legs is more feelings and arms is more motor ,finger aches, rapid heart rate, pain in buttocks others day was liek a guitar string plucking, feet cant feel, memory, difficulty brathing slightly , struggle to swallow a little used to be worse, cramps chest figners, and thumbs weakness and pain if push them together, voice pitch changed, baloance clumbisness bad there may be more but ill leave it at thsi for now thank you, appreciate everyone feedback

Straight up, you don't belong on an ALS forum. I understand you are struggling and feel you can't go to hospital, but you seeking answers on the internet instead of visiting your family doctor is only prolonging your distress. You have a lot of fears about what might happen if you see a doctor, but your medical history and symptoms are not ALS, so we can't help you here.

Please start back with your family doctor and outline all that you have written here, including your worries about them dismissing symptoms, and get a treatment plan sorted. I am sorry you're struggling, but your doctor is where you must go.

If you lack confidence in your GP or hospital, I would find another, even if you start with telehealth. You could have a postviral syndrome for which there are increasingly treatments.
