While reading about medical assistance (what joy!) and whether liens are placed against homes, etc, I came across this typo (or IS it?) on the state of Minnesota website. (Emphasis mine)

"A claim in your estate is limited to the value of non-homestead property if you are survived by:

A sibling who lived with you in our home for a least one year before you entered the nursing home and has been living there since your admission date or

An adult child or grandchild who loved with you in your home and provided you with care so you could live at home for at least two years before you entered a nursing home and has been living there since your admission dates. "
