I just want to thank the contributors to this forum. I have read through all of the great advice given by so many dedicated people. These threads helped me navigate through widespread twitching that began suddenly ( and has not left) 2 months ago. I was able, because of your advice, to stay reasonably calm, get an EMG (normal), and quit worrying. Now my twitches are just interesting new additions to my life.
