After almost 9 months of twitching, would of weakness developed if ALS? I have constant twitching in the feet-arches and outer side. I also randomlly twitch all over, too. They are not weak. I can walk on toes, heels, stand up from ground without use of hands, no problems with steps, etc. I keep thinking that with that much constant twitching in feet I would have other symptoms by know. I can't tell if I have atrophy in them because they are thin anyway. I do still wear the same size shoe, though. The twitching in feet does get better at times but I have found no reason why. What do you think?

After 9 months of twitching without any other symptoms is almost absolutely sure you hane BFS - benign fasciculation syndrome.

For BFS is typicall: Twitching in "hotspots", twitching get worse after excersising affected muscles and mainly the twitching isnt non-stop.
