Hello everyone! Curious to know if there is a difference between the 2. Lately I’ve noticed some muscle twitching in my left Tricep after doing workouts. Also twitching in the right upper quadrant of the stomach. (Already had an ultra sound on stomach and colonoscopy done earlier this year which came back good) I usually workout 3 times a week. Just started twitching or spasm a few weeks ago. Then it stopped for a few days then another workout triggered it and started twitching again. It is not constant. A few twitches every hour. Also some twitches thru out the body at times. Does twitching that come and go normal?
