Thank you for donating, please go see your doctor earlier if you have such concerns.
We don't encourage discussing PALS symptoms to people who fear they have ALS as it simply makes them begin to believe they are experiencing the same.

If you are this worried, a doctor examination is the only thing that could possibly discover if you are experiencing atrophy.

PALS however do NOT feel strange pains, you have been told this, or read it on other threads many times over.
Please for your own sake, just come back once you have a diagnosis as your continual questioning here is not helping your anxiety.

You are repeating a question that there is no point in your asking. ALS has been ruled out in your case. As stated by others, muscle atrophy is not something you feel. If you had muscle atrophy related to ALS, there would have been some hint of that possibility in testing and exams. Your neurologist evidently saw no evidence of either.

Please don't post again unless you have a diagnosis to report, which helps others.
