Hello,
Thank you for a response. I am trying to maintain but it's difficult. A week and a half ago I battled severe diarrhea with nausea while fighting off a parasite. During the five days I was very ill and dehydrated. I ended up developing a twitch beyween my shoulder and pectoral muscle above my armpit. I'm not even sure what muscle is contracting but it fires every 2 to 7 seconds and has for about a week. I don't really feel them but I can see them when I stare in the mirror. I'm worried because of my age that this could lead to something else. I'm beginning to think that staring at them and stressing is exacerbating the number and frequency of twitches. Is this possible? I don't have any other symptoms besides the twitch. I also suffer from miserable health anxiety. Do you recommend seeing a doctor if I remain symptom free except for twitches? Thank you so much for any guidance.
