About 2 months ago I noticed this random twitching in my lower pelvis. It probably occurs about 2 inches above where my penis starts, so it’s very low in my pelvis, and the twitches are strong and fast.

They come and go, but I’m wondering if these twitches (or fasciculations) are in a concerning area?

Has anyone ever heard of ALS twitches starting in the lower pelvis area where I’m describing? Not sure if this is something I need to look into or forget about since they aren’t painful and are annoying more than anything.

PS - I think it’s important to clarify that I’m a man.

Yes, the fact that you are a man is implied at the beginning of your post. No, not ALS.

Good luck to you.
