Trilogy Advice

I may need advise as well. Mayo got me a trilogy after my first clinic visit but only on the Monday before we left for our cruise. It was adjusted on the Wednesday for AVAPS and perhaps something else. I am supposed to use it at night (rt said for at least 4 hours for insurance) but I’ve been having trouble making it past about 3-4 hours and it really messes with quality of sleep. I compensate by using it for a couple of hours before going to sleep. Anyone have any advise?

When I first got my trilogy I struggled for a couple of months with the cadence of the air flow. I just could not get my preferred breathing pattern to match up to what the machine wanted me to do. It was frustrating. Eventually though I got settled in and now no problems with it. It may take time.
