It's lucky you found one to talk with on Sunday. Wanting one of the doctors to be an ALS Specialist might be a good thing... being you are convincing yourself you have ALS.

But... when he says, "No!" you have to believe him and let it go and face the other issues beleaguering you.

Yeah it was a behavioral hospital, not a therapist. Nice to have a plan set up though and I'm hoping this doesn't jnterfere with my return to work. Thanks for your resoponses AL. I appreciate your being forward. My main concern is my thumb issue and that area wasn't EMGd so who knows haha. Thanks again. Will make sure to update as things get figured out

I admire the near infinite patience of the forum members.

Forum members: We need to be polite and respectful. But, I think it would be in the best interest of this poster Hunter that we don't respond to him for awhile. Until he gets therapy and more info on testing from doctors I don't think we can help him at this point. He is causing his only anxiety to increase by being on here nearly 24/7. He needs to walk away from Dr. Google and the computer. If we politely ignore him this might happen. I feel for him but there is nothing we can do at this point.

I agree Skipper
OP we wish you the best but for your good and ours please only return to give us your diagnosis or the opinion of an ALS specialist if you see one.
If you need online support in the meantime you will be better served on another forum
