The movie isn't released on the big screen here Until the end of January ... I think I will see it, got some time yet to decide.

dalvin i didn't think of that. good ideal we could dance till the battery's go down. in the house it would go a long ways. the only thing is jane is on to me now. she caught me doing spend out's in the front room.

I want to see it. But I am not sure my mom should. I guess it's up to each person. Is it going to be a shot of reality or a huge inspiration? I think this one is a real life drama where "You're Not You" is just a drama movie. I am definitely on the emotional roller coaster. The smallest things can set me off.

I downloaded and watched the movie tonight!

I did enjoy it, cried or at least tears welled a few times, but it was worth watching. Very interesting story, I didn't know much about his personal life!

I just saw the movie this weekend and it was beautiful. It was hard watching her, watch him, struggle and decline. Hit very close to home. It was validating when she was stressed to the max and angry as hell. I could see myself and I don't like seeing myself that way. Especially since the "real" caregiving has not even fully begun for us. The characters were complex. I hope it receives a lot of nominations.

Looking forward to seeing it but with my vasilating between chortling laughter and snorking crying on a dime at home may be best. I too tear up with sappy anything... even a corny greeting card. I thought I should make a suppressor handled flip sign that says; "You aren't THAT funny, it's my ALS" on one side and similar reverse line on sadness. FOr close friends of course. Most already know when it hits me. It's like being high without the paranoia!
What happened to the movie with Hilary Swank playing as a woman with ALS; "It's not You" or somesuch title? Ihaven't heard anything on it for a while. No buzz that I've seen lately.

Runner we USED TO HAVE SIGNATURES, only Nikki's works now.

Annoys the hell out of me, that an upgrade was done and they stopped working. I have one on file, I have it ticked everywhere that it is to be used, but in the administrator control panel it has been turned off. I've begged, but it never got turned back on.

Max, who will be back any day now, made hot keys with loads of stuff so he can drop text easily into posts.
