Recently I downloaded the latest version of the DP. There are only 5 mandatory supplements now compared with about 20 when I first looked it months ago.

I have been taking some of the stuff for months, but just this week started the whole new regimen.

I take all meds and supplements through my tube.

Has anyone else tried this yet via tube? If so then there might be hits you could give and vice versa.
 
Here is my daily regimen, all via tube or self dissolving tabs

Daily Med/Supplement Schedule


At 8:30 AM or Upon waking take 50 mg Rilutek, dextromethorphan 20 mg/ quinidine 10 mg (Nuedexta), Prevacid Solutab, 2 sprays/nostril Flonase, 10 mg Cetirizine, 81 mg aspirin, 3 level scoops AAKG, 400 mg Ubiquinol, 250mg GABA (chewable), 50 mg Glutathione (sublingual), B-12/B-6/Folic Acid, Biotin (sublingual), 2 g Sodium Ascorbate, 2000IU (crystals), Vitamin D liquid

Every 60-90 minutes take 300 mg AKG

About 3:00 take 3 level scoops AAKG, 400 mg Ubiquinol

Every 60-90 minutes take 300 mg AKG

ANYTIME after 7:30 pm but BEFORE 10:00 pm take 2 g L-Tryptophan, 50 MG 5-htp, 250 MG Flush Free Niacin, 250 mg GABA (chewable), 50 mg Glutathione (sublingual), 2 g Sodium Ascorbate

At 8:30 PM or 12 hours from first meds take 50 mg Rilutek, dextromethorphan 20 mg/ quinidine 10 mg (Nuedexta)

Approx. 1 hour before bedtime take 0.25 mg Ropinirole HCL, 50 mg Diphenhydramine HCL, 3 level scoops AAKG, 400 mg Ubiquinol
 
Thank you for posting this. I have been looking into the Deanna Protocol and this helps. I pray that it works for us!
 
Gerri, I pray it helps us too! In some ways I seem to think it's having a positive effect on me already.
The main thing is that it gives us more hope than what the Dr can do.
