Thanks to everyone who has worked hard answering on this forum.

I have ongoing symptoms and my doctor has referred me to a Neurologist. Main symptoms include, tingling/pins and needles in legs, 2 numb toes (feeling comes and goes) and severe 'twitching' in right thigh (noticeable even through trousers). I am also only 27.

After reading this very helpful forum I don't think I have ALS, thanks to all the wonderful information provided which is a lovely contrast to all the over-hyped nonsense on the rest of of the internet. No wonder people seem to think they have all these conditions as there seems so much mis-information designed to provoke hysteria.

Thanks again for brilliant website and moderators on the forums

Glad it has helped -- stop back by and tell us what is determined! All the best.

Yes I will update, in case anyone else comes across this forum.

My GP has referred me to a neurologist due to symptoms. I have had my bloods done and they are fine.

I will update when I have seen a neurologist, hopefully alleviate any worries that people searching/reading this might have.

There are so many neurological conditions!
