Terrified of onset of symptoms (23m)

Twitches started in my legs about more than a week ago. Before then, everything had been fine. Since then, twitches go off in my feet, knees, calves, thighs, butt, face, and some in my back. They're never really repeated twitches, but I'll get one here, then one somewhere else a few minutes later and sometimes I'll go longer amounts of time without twitching. The twitching gets worse at night. Along with the twitches in legs, I experience itching, tingling, fizzing sensations, and cold chills in my legs at night that make me feel weak and sore (but I can still walk, do heel and toe stands). I had soreness in my shoulders and arm yesterday but it feels more diminished today.

My hands still work fine. I sometimes get tremors too if I flex or something.

The leg soreness at night feels horrible and I get cold chills running up and down both my legs at the same time that take a few hours to go away.

It should provide some reassurance re: ALS. You report multiple sensory issues, which points away from ALS. It's not clear if you've visited a doctor, but that would be your first step. They can guide the direction of exploration if they think there is some medical concern.
