I read about a new Bluetooth input device planned to ship Q1 next year that might be useful where there is some finger movement in at least one hand. In addition to being an alternative input method, being able to tap to type on any surface, including your skin, might help those using wheelchairs with a phone or tablet mount. I was also thinking that even if a CALS were doing the input, there might be some benefits. It's called TapXR -- you can Google it -- the video is pretty informative.
