Hi and thank you in advance for taking the time to read my post.

I am 32 years old. Since around September 2024 I have had widespread fasiculations all over my body. It seemed to start in the legs but soon became everywhere. I did of course google which sent my anxiety through the roof. I must add that at the beginning of September I was really ill with flu like symptoms for about 2 weeks. If it was caused by this would I still be getting these symptoms months down the line.

However since around the same time I have had an uncomfortable feeling in my heel and thigh after rest. It doesn’t affect my walking but it’s noticeable. I can feel it when I push against the bit of my heel close to the arch.

I have also had some pins and needles in my hands for a while every so often and I did go to the drs about this and am waiting for an appointment to test for carpal tunnel.

Does any of this sound like it could be? My anxiety about this is taking over my life at the moment.

Thank you

ALS? No.
A post-viral syndrome? Very possibly.
Nothing at all? Poor sleep, etc.? Also very possible.
If localized pain persists, see a podiatrist -- you could have a foot, shoe, and/or posture issue.
