Dear all, in July this year I started having pain in my left foot/ankle which came and dissapear. However since October the pain became constant and radiated into my leg. I now have a weak left leg with cramps in the calf and hamstring whenever I walk for a longer period. Sometimes I also get pain in the knee and lower back. The leg feels weird and I I often find myself not leaning on my leg when I'm standing.

My doctor did and MRI of the lower spine but nothing was observed. However, the doctor observed hyperreflexia when doing the DTR test last week. Furthermore since monday night all of a sudden my right hand feels weird. It is cold and I feel like I have more difficulty to do certain tasks like typing on the computer or using my computer mouse, more generally I feel like it lost the capacity to do precise movements. This really came out of nowhere and not gradually like for my leg. What is strange is that this is observed on the other side compared to my left leg.
I am 27 years old and had no neuropathology in my family.

Based on these symptoms I am getting a bit worried and would like to ask y'all if you would advise seeing a neurologue and do some advanced research.
Thanks in advance for your advises :)

This doesn't sound like ALS, and before jumping into neurology, I would see an orthopedist about the L side issues. It could be a foot/ankle problem that is causing you to change your gait or work or sleep patterns, which in turn can lead to other problems.
