hello everyone I'm new to the forum, I wanted to ask for advice on supplement, Leapxx 2 bfit and L Serine, you are fine

Paolo, if you wish, you might share some introduction information with us.
When, where the onset - hand, leg, Bulbar, where treated, where confirmed,
ALS specialist?

It helps our very ALS knowledgeable members better answer your questions.

Again, if you wish to share.

Lserine has some research to support it. I don’t personally take it as you can’t take everything and it is targeting an environmental trigger. I am FALS- of course there is an environmental component too but it is less of a priority for me

Leap is expensive but also you don’t know how much of everything you are getting. For example if you want to target inflammation is there enough of curcumin in it? You can’t know. Rather than a cocktail which may also have things you don’t need look at things individually so you can judge safety, interactions and targets/ mechanisms

My wife takes tudca and Basis. 2 supplements that are in trials and show slight slowing. It's going to take several drugs. She doesn't take the leap x only because it stains everything orange. We can't tell if they are helping.
