al,hope your appointment goes ok tuesday and theres no further progression.
sorry to read about your neice,cancer is a devestating desease especially in young people.
my aunt has not much time left ,my mum and nurses have been preparing her room ready for her final weeks.

hey Al,
Not going to Sunnybrook Tues, but I will be going to Indianapolis, IN on Tues! My 3rd clinic visit since diagnosed.
This time I'm taking a retired nurse with me-so we can do some "girl stuff",

Wow, it must have been clinic day yesterday. I was down at Hopkins for mine. I hope it went well for you guys, I'm exhausted from the trip, will be more back to what I like to think is my chipper, and sometimes entertaining self soon.
BethU, if you catch this post, my last visit previous to this one, we were invited to participate in a ftd/als study, but yesterday, I was so tired after the other parts of my appt that we tried to slink out without doing the interview, however, as luck would have it, they caught us at the door, saw how tired I was and set it up for another visit. I felt badly about it, but the Q & A is supposed to take at least 40 minutes, it was just too much.
