Where did you get 35 from? That did make me laugh, I am 31.

What ever. I still say to take care of yourself. Sheesh...

Yes you are completely right mrs pie.

TStewart,

When you first joined it was because you were afraid you had ALS due to your legs giving out, or some similar scenario. Your anxiety ridden posts drove some people away from the "Do I Have" section of the forum. I believe that Joel or Al actually had to give you a time out.

Not only that, but by your refusing to listen to reason, you created an environment that continues this day to be less welcoming to other newcomers with fears and questions of their own.

Now you're back, and this time its respiratory onset? ( Which, by the way is probably the most uncommon onset of ALS).

Do yourself a favor. Get off of the internet. Go to your doctor. Tell him or her that your heart's desire is to get your weight down to a more healthy range, and to re-evaluate your treatment for your asthma.

Forget about ALS.

I wouldn't be so concerned if i only got out of breath when doing physical activity i feel out of breath constantly and i get that chest ache in the centre of my chest a lot, As i said earlier i have had an ECG done to check my heart and i have had the doctor listen to my lungs and heart and they said no problems with them and in March I had a chest x-ray but the problems are worse and that is what has really made me think about respiratory als and as i choke quite often on food/drink i wasn't sure if it was the start of bulbar or respiratory or what not.

I just had a great idea! Eat less, then you will not only choke less often, but lose weight at the same time.

Go see a ent specialist if you are worried. You could have all sorts of things going on, unrelated in any way to ALS, that you don't have.

But I do think it's a good idea to leave this forum in case there is an explosion, cause you have definitely lost the plot again.

Since PZ has retired from this forum, I do this in his honor.
