Stethoscopes. It amuses me when I watch these TV commercials for
supplements or new meds where a doctor (or supposed doctor) is shown
with a stethoscope around their necks.
I’d say over the past several years between Ann and I seeing PCPs,
Ortho docs, Dermatologists and Neuros… none have ever waked into
to the room with a stethoscope around their necks. It’s always on the
counter or in drawer. Do these TV product pitchers/peddlers need a
stethoscope around their neck to do a TV commercial?
I guess the image helps convince some.
Just something for the “After 5 Pub Forum"... maybe get it going again.
