Smaller tongue

Hello I’m having excess saliva and my tongue really shrunk. I wanted to know if that’s what bulbar looks like. I also have muscle twitches, wasting, and weakness. I’m so concerned and I also have a different taste in my mouth. I really wanna know if the tongue gets smaller mainly in people who have it or are caring for someone who has it

It looks like you have a history of injury and some other things going on, per prior discussion here. Hopefully you are still seeing a neuro. If so, what have they said about your most recent concerns?
