Slurred vs slow speech

my speech quality falls rapidly. i tried to find exact reason for that: touch my nose with tongue (i can), it (tongue) has lateral fibrilations, but not atrophy, eat better than before (gained 3 kg), swallow ok, whistling ok, no more caugh... finally, they checked my mouth with emg, it is ok.
my speech is slow and makes me tired to explain something, so i escape that "mission".
english and my native language are radically different, so i can not compare usa pals speech with mine. just can not speak normally. it is not nasal, not something like that, not comparable to pals on youtube... i have noone compare to, so i spoke english. a-a. doesnt sound like ytb pals who are similar all.
of course, everybody thinks i am drunk, was it early morning, or late night.
i think it is not consequence of tongue atrophy, lungs, but affected speech center in brain.
what do you think?

Sounds like spastic dysarthria maybe? I experience similar when I'm tired.

yes, as night comes closer, my movements look like frankenstein's, speech sounds like ​16 2⁄3 instead 33 1/3. intersting fact is that i am not tired at all. maybe cause of late gym...
