Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone with ALS has started with a slow onset of mild numbness similar to mind. Over a year and a half it started in the hands and now is symmetrical in both legs, jaws and other places. Thankfully no significant weakness only a little on my dominant side when I was examined by a chiropractor; no or change in speech. I thought I'd do a few months of chiropracty as the Xray seemed to show some straightening of my spine.
I was just finding the symptoms odd since I have no pain-- thankfully!

God bless all of you today...

Hi, Kato ... I've never heard of that in connection to ALS (or anything else, actually). Good luck in finding the cause ...

Kato,

Sorry I don't know what this could be either. Perhaps some type of general neuropathy?
