Slow healing after an infection

[Enough Already]

Has anyone had an infection that had gone away but the infected area was very slow to heal and is very tender to touch? I had an infection, cause totally unknown, was MRZA. Now the area is very tender to touch. This is 6 weeks after the infection cleared up. I was on two antibiotics
