Hi, I will try to keep this as concise as I can. This past year-ish I have noticed that my right side feels different from my left side and was growing weaker. My symptoms are: twitching all over my body, weak right wrist (writing by hand is becoming difficult), tripping on my right foot pretty often, right leg getting tired way more easily than my left, painful right calf cramps, painful knee and hip joints, swallowing has become more difficult, and numbness in back. I have not noticed any muscle atrophy. I received a brain and spinal MRI both with and without contrast at the beginning of this year and both came back normal. They suspected MS, but that has been ruled out. I have another neurologist appointment in a few months. I know I am very young and that painful joints and back numbness are not typical of early ALS. I was wondering if anyone had some insight on what these symptoms point to or if they are indicative of ALS. Thank you.
