I was reading on another forum about the roll in shower will work till they got a vent. What do you do after you get one?

Just a guess here but a plastic cover over the vent and a very careful person with a handheld shower on a shower chair. Can you enlighten us Mike?

Sorry Al. Somehow I missed this thread until now. Actually, I have not had a shower since I got trached. I am sure it is possible, but without an overhead lift system, I have been content with bed baths. We do a different part of my body each day. It is like painting a large bridge. By the time you finish, it is time to start over. ;)

LOL. You make me smile, Mike! Cindy

How would an overhead system help? Is it the tubing or the machine that is the problem?

Hi Georgia,

To be honest, I don't think the tubing or the machine will be much of a problem. My trouble is getting into the tub. I don't have a roll-in shower.
