Hello everyone. This is Chad's fiance, Kelly. Chad passed away on the 2nd of April. We came back from Mayo on Saturday and on Sunday Chad was in the hospital. He was placed on a vent and as many of you probably know, this was not Chad's desire. As such, he was taken off the vent in the very early morning on Monday. It has been rough for all of us.
